A Baby Boy

I wanted to let everyone know that yesterday I went to the doctor and received good news! In February, Jonathan and I will be having a little boy! Psalm 112 has given me so much comfort during this time in my life. It talks about a righteous man. Jonathan was and defnitely is full of a righteous fear of the Lord. Because of that, Psalm 112:2 says that "His children will be mighty in the land, the generation of the upright will be blessed." Because Jonathan was faithful to the Lord, our child will be blessed. Amen.

Just started following this blog when i read the article about your husband. I pray for you and your little one on the way. Your faith seems so much stronger than mine could ever be in such a situation. Keep in him and congratulations on your baby boy.

I may not know you but I have thought of you often in the past days. I found this today only to see your news of a son. Your love for God and your husband will continue to help you walk the path of life. My prayers are with you and may God bless you.

This verse is inspirational for both you and many others. Your son will be truly blessed and he will love the stories that everyone tells him of his wonderful father.

In less than thirty minutes in April, Jonathan impressed us so much. We had met him when we were thinking of using Shoal Creek Church for our daughters wedding. He seemed so kind. He talked about his love for people and how he loved being at Shoal Creek Church. Our regret is that we never visited the church to hear him preach. Our prayers are with you and the upcoming birth of a son. I am sure you will tell him the good things about his dad. Cathy and Irvin Adams

Abby we love you very much! Please call if you need anything. Miss seeing your smiling face at church. Hope and I have not joined yet but we plan to. We are just waiting for the right time. I guess that sounds like a cop out, but after all that has happened we just don't want to rush things. Again love you very much and I think daily of Jonathan. I also think that my brother was the last person Jonathan baptized. It makes me sad but also very happy that Jonathan was able to touch Olin.
Love you
Jones

Yes, Jonathan is a righteous man as you are a righteous woman. Your child will be blessed!
What wonderful news regarding your son. He'll be raised in a circle of love and compassion because of his mother and father.
Please take care of yourself during this difficult time, Abby. Thank-you so much for sharing this wonderful news with us. It's good to hear from you again.
You're in my thoughts and prayers as well as the family, Shoal Creek congregation and friends.
God Bless!
